Als Working Student im Graphic Design wirst du Teil unseres Brand Teams und unterstützt uns dabei, unser Branding über alle Kanäle hinweg stark, konsistent und inspirierend zu gestalten.

Die Rolle

Graphic Design

Du entwickelst kreative Assets für Website, Newsletter und unterstützt Social Media (insbesondere Instagram) grafisch.
Du stellst sicher, dass unser Markenauftritt über alle Kanäle hinweg konsistent bleibt.
Du gestaltest Printmaterialien wie Flyer, Poster, Packaging und Broschüren und sorgst für den professionellen Produktions-Output.
Du überzeugst in der Entwicklung von Icons und visuellen Elementen durch Kreativität, technisches Können und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Mit der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) fühlst du dich zuhause; Grundkenntnisse in Figma und Video Editing sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Production Support

Du unterstützt Fotoshootings: vom Erstellen von Briefings bis zur Assistenz vor Ort und in der Nachbearbeitung.

Dein Profil

Du bist eingeschrieben im Bereich Graphic Design oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Arbeitserfahrung – idealerweise in E-Com, Agentur oder Retail (Start-Up-Erfahrung ist ein Plus).
Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Ästhetik, Typografie und Layout.
Du bist neugierig auf neue Design-Tools, Trends & AI.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, gehst souverän mit Deadlines um und bist ein*e echte*r Teamplayer*in.
Tools wie Asana, Slack und Google Suite sind dir idealerweise nicht fremd.
Sprachen: Gutes Deutsch (mind. B2) & fließendes Englisch.

At The Female Company, we create products that empower menstruating people through every stage of life – from first period to menopause. Design plays a key role in this mission: for us, it’s more than aesthetics, it’s about making our vision visible and tangible.

As a Working Student in Graphic Design, you’ll join our Brand Team and help us ensure that our visual identity is strong, consistent, and inspiring across all channels.

The Role

Graphic Design

You create visual assets for our website, newsletters, and support our social media (especially Instagram).
You make sure our brand identity remains consistent across all channels.
You design print materials such as flyers, posters, packaging, and brochures, ensuring professional production output.
You contribute creative and technically precise icons and visual elements with a structured approach.
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic skills in Figma and video editing are a plus.

Production Support

You support photoshoots: from preparing briefs to assisting on set and helping with post-production tasks.

Your profile

You are enrolled in Graphic Design or a related field of study.
You have at least 1 year of practical work experience – ideally in e-commerce, agency, or retail (start-up experience is a plus).
You have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
You are curious about new design tools, trends, and AI.
You work independently, handle deadlines confidently, and are a true team player.
You are ideally familiar with Asana, Slack, and Google Suite.
Languages: Good German (at least B2) & fluent English.
