At The Female Company, we believe in the power of strong communities and authentic connections. As we expand our presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Manager to help us build meaningful partnerships and grow our brand awareness.
The Role
In this role, you will take charge of our influencer marketing strategy in the Dutch market—sourcing, negotiating, and managing collaborations that make a real impact. If you thrive in the world of social media, have a strong network of influencers, and know how to turn creative ideas into successful campaigns, we’d love to hear from you!
You strengthen and expand our brand presence in the Netherlands by building impactful partnerships with influencers across various platforms.
You source, reach out to, and negotiate with influencers and agencies to establish long-term collaborations that align with our brand values.
You design and execute influencer marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and engagement, helping us grow in the Dutch market.
You track and analyze influencer collaborations using performance data and KPIs to ensure a data-driven approach that maximizes ROI.
You collaborate closely with other teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns for maximum impact.
You stay up to date on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
You translate all relevant assets in Dutch as well as the influencer briefings and the banners on the website.
